What a race! All the veterans agree that it was the hardest race conditions so far. The key word to describe it seems to be "brutal". A downpour to start on the road out of Indian Lake, but thankfully the rain stopped in time for food and stories at the end.
Great showing by AVC riders with 11 finishers, and for many their first ever race. And great placing in respective divisions:

A mention also needs to be made for Mellisa for starting such a brutal race. No crashes next time, right?
